She has 26 years of teaching experience in Mathematics and Chemistry, a degree in Counseling Psychology, and a master's degree in Curriculum Development. Author of 5 books that have sold thousands of copies and CEO at SAITA ACADEMIC MENTORS. She has been to hundreds of schools to address students on effective study techniques and also reached out to hundreds of students via zoom platform on matters of effective study strategies.

Alesa Durgaryan or "Teacher Alice", as her students call her, is a Ph.D. student at Armenian State Pedagogical University after KH. Abovyan. She took her MAs in the fields of Psychology and Foreign Languages. She's an ESL teacher at Hrazdan basic school N11 after William Saroyan and an ESL trainer at SKYENG. She has taken part in many different international conferences as a speaker, in different international projects as an EFL trainer. She's also am the author of many scientific articles in the field of Teaching English as a second/foreign language, Pedagogy. Currently, she's a volunteer in different international projects and companies such ( HETT, EduArmenia(during war period), ELTA University, etc). Currently, she's specialized and working on the problem of teacher training on the virtual platform preparing a model of teacher training on the virtual platform. She's a fan of lifelong education (TESOL, TKT modules, CETFL program at American University in Armenia, Business English course, etc.), participated in different international projects as an EFL/ESL/ESP trainer (foreign students and teachers, professors, etc). Hi Fellow Teachers. For our sixth episode, I was able to interview a fellow Filipino educator and a colleague IELTA Philippines. Racel John Besa, a Public Senior High School teacher at Kapayapaan Integrated School, has been teaching English, Research and Humanities and Social Sciences, and other Language related subjects for the past seven (7) years. He is presently the President of Project Love and Marketing Secretary of IELTA-Philippines and perusing his Master of Art in English as a Second Language at De La Salle University – Dasmariñas.
